Debby Stevens
Owner/Cruise and Travel Specialist
Debby's Bio -
After a High School Paris trip in the mid-80's, Debby's passion became travel. Being single and an adventurer at heart, the travel industry was a logical path for Debby to follow. After completing college, which was laced with trips to Mexico, and Disney World, she began her journey into the industry. Working for leisure travel agencies in New England allowed her to find her now even larger passion, her husband Chris.
A Jamaican Honeymoon began their travels and early in their marriage they visited Canada, Disney World, and Bermuda. Then, they moved to another “country”-Texas, where the BEST passion was found-"The Lord". From this point forward, integrity and glorifying God in everything said or done became a way of life. Debby now found her journey in leisure travel moving into the corporate world of travel. Many hats were worn: operations, account management, special events coordinator, but still the passion for travel continued as she traveled in major U.S. cities, Europe, Hawaii, and Mexico.
The Lord gave Debby and Chris a precious daughter, April, and allowed Debby to continue in the industry, albeit behind the scenes so that she could work from home and raise this new “love of our lives”. For a time, travel was limited to visits with family within the states to share her this new blessing. Debby left the travel industry all together and for 7 years ran a successful home based business where she was blessed with many long-standing relationships. This business brought luxurious incentive trips including, Alaska, Hawaii, Caribbean Cruise, Disney World and California. Traveling as a family brings treasured memories.
The passion of helping people enjoy pampered travel was restored in 2008 when the opportunity came to assist a friend in her agency and then, soon after, to purchase it. The Lord restored back the passion she once had for serving people in the travel industry. Debby brings forth boundless energy along with her experience in both travel and home based business.
Allowing Debby to share in your travel passions would be an honor; not one taken lightly. Hoping to ignite the passion in you, Debby <><

Shileen Karnes
Travel Assistant
Shileen's Bio -
"I have always had a love for all things travel. I am a photographer by trade, and have always wanted to combine my two loves and be a travel photographer someday. :) Over the last few years I have been actively involved in Missions activity at my local church, where I developed my love for global destinations.
I became the Missions Director and was fortunate enough to plan and lead several exciting trips to Africa, plus several in Central America as well. I love planning, organizing, and working out details of trips. But mostly I love helping people get where they want to go.
I believe travel is essential for gaining a broader understanding of where we fit in the world. I am so excited to be assisting at 3D now, and look forward to growing with this company."
-Shileen lives with her husband and two teenage daughters in Cedar Park, Tx.

Tina's Bio -
I have always wanted to see things outside of Texas. When I met my husband Eloy I made sure we were going to travel somewhere far a few times.
Eloy and I went on our first cruise to the Bahamas on our honeymoon and to Walt Disney World. What a fabulous trip. My husband and I traveled again to Cozumel and Cancun on our 1st Anniversary. The memories that are created are ones you will never forget. I worked in the corporate world where I got a taste of working with corporate travel for employees. I enjoyed the people that I met and worked with throughout the US. I have always wanted to travel more but we had to wait until our two children got older. We took them on their first big trip up the East Coast with a tour group. We visited New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Niagara Falls Pennsylvania, and Boston. What a history trip that was. The kids couldn't stop talking about the places we went and the people that we met that were on our tour. We have also traveled some of the major U.S. cities. My family does most everything together. We like to experience new things and travel is one of them.
I currently work in a school district and had the opportunity to go to Paris prior to leading a group to Costa Rica during the summer of 2009. This was a fabulous trip and one we will not forget. We got to zip line, did some water rafting, visited the hot springs, visited volcanoes, and ate some great home grown food. I would recommend Costa Rica to everyone. After taking this trip it sparked my interest in traveling even more. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to lead a student group to Italy spring break of 2011. The knowledge the students gain from traveling aboard is something they will be able to keep with them for the rest of their lives. For some students this may be the only trip out of the U.S. that they get to take. My families interest in traveling has continued to grow as the kids have gotten older.
My interest in traveling and seeing the world is what has finally convinced me that I need to be a travel agent. The passion of helping people make their dream trips a reality is something I am looking forward to doing. Allowing me to help make your travel adventures a reality would be an honor.

Chad Shields
Cruise and Travel Specialist
Chad's Bio -
I have always been driven to find the best value for my money, especially when it comes to my vacation dollars. This often drives my wife crazy, but it has afforded us the opportunity to go on some amazing vacations over the years. While working with Debby to plan a vacation, she was impressed by the amount of research I had done up-front and jokingly asked if I wanted a job. That question quickly took root and I realized that I could easily fuse my passions for travel and saving money to help other people do the same.
I currently live in Round Rock, Texas with my wife, Teresa, and our three children, Andrew, Emily and Carter, but Louisiana will always be home. I continue to visit my home state as often as possible for family visits, LSU football games, festivals and weekend getaways to New Orleans.
My vacation destination of choice quickly became Mexico after a vacation to Cancun in 1999. That first trip to Cancun ignited a desire to explore other areas in the Rivera Maya which turned into multiple trips to Mexico over the years.
I'm thrilled to be with 3D Cruise and Travel and look forward to partnering with you to turn your vacation dreams into affordable realities.

Kim Gulick
Cruise and Travel Specialist
Kim's Bio -
International travel was introduced to me when my parents sailed one of the mega ships Royal Caribbean had just introduced in the early 2000's. They came home and didn't stop talking about it for months. They insisted that the entire family would have to experience it the following year for our family vacation. I had always loved the beach, but seeing St John's Trunk Bay, taking a fishing boat out to a private island off the coast of Belize, and shopping down the main street's of Cozumel were a far cry from what us Northerner's considered the beach!
I knew that I would have to also convince my boyfriend at the time, now husband Scott that he loved traveling just as much as me, since I saw many cruise vacations in my future! Luckily there wasn't a lot of arm twisting needed, as he loved cruising just as much as I did. We have since enjoyed countless cruises and Mexican vacations together, and made some incredible friends and memories along the way.
Many of our friends and family have turned to us when looking to try cruising, or ask our advice about what resort to try next. I would always jump at the opportunity to help them, if I wasn't already online searching for the next great deal for myself! They would always tell me that I should get into the travel industry, so when I told everyone about my new endeavor they all said it was the perfect job for me!
I am very excited to be a new member of the 3D Cruise & Travel team. I look forward to sending my clients on many wonderful adventures that they can always look back on and treasure. I am a Staffing recruiter and Sales Representative for a local staffing agency, looking forward to one day fulfilling my full-time job as a Travel professional. I am from Pennsylvania, but currently reside in Delaware with my husband, Scott and dog, Reggie.
